Terri Smith, an experienced breeder and founder of Whelp Help Arizona, has proven to me, time and time again, that she is not only highly qualified in the area of canine birthings and everything about the Olde English Bulldogges, but more importantly, she exemplifies a level of character, integrity, and work ethic that is second to none.
